I confirm that I understand the event format, terms and conditions and agree to comply with them (including all directions issued by BA Innovations Pty Ltd (also known as Effortless Swimming), its employees and contractors)
I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in participating in Effortless Swimming camps/clinics and I understand that participation in the event is at my own risk

In consideration of the acceptance of my registration, I hereby agree to the exclusion of liability to the Effortless Swimming Proprietor, employees, contractors, sponsors, volunteers, or other associated individuals or groups from any or all claims, demands or proceedings for injuries and/or damage (however caused) that I may suffer that arises out of or is connected with my participation in the Effortless Swimming camp/clinic. I also release and forever discharge the above persons or groups from all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties and fines however arising (including liability for their negligence and/or recklessness and the negligence and/or recklessness of others). For the avoidance of doubt, this release shall extend to and include any medical and paramedical personnel and the owners, licensees and occupiers of the venues which the Effortless Swimming camp or clinic is conducted. This release shall not be extinguished by the elapse of time and binds my heirs, executors, personal representative and assigns
I certify my good health and verify that my fitness is of a standard that I am able to complete the camp/clinic. In addition, I consent to receiving any medical treatment that the Effortless Swimming employees/contractors think necessary or desirable during or after the camp/clinic

I consent to the Effortless Swimming Proprietor using my name, image and likeness before, during or after the camp/clinic for promotional broadcasting or reporting purposes in any media. This includes giving permission for photographers to capture images/videos of me, and where applicable for drones to fly overhead capturing both images and video of me at the camp/clinic. I also agree for my details to be added to the Effortless Swimming database (of which I can easily unsubscribe to at any time). In addition, I agree that Effortless Swimming and any sponsor of the camp/clinic may use information contained in my registration for purposes connected with the camp/clinic or in the case of Effortless Swimming, any other event promoted or conducted by them, and to provide details of other products, services and events to me from time to time. I understand that I have the right to access and correct any information held about me. In addition, I may unsubscribe from the database at any time
I acknowledge that the safety precautions undertaken by Effortless Swimming employees/contractors are a service to me and other participants but are not a guarantee of my safety. Consequently, I accept that I have an important responsibility to carefully read and listen to all safety briefings, to immediately seek clarification on anything which is not entirely clear to me and to be accountable for my own safety at all times
I understand that I am fully responsible for the security of my personal possessions at clinics/camps
I acknowledge that, due to circumstances beyond the control of the Effortless Swimming Proprietor, it may become necessary or desirable to change the format of the camp/clinic and, if that occurs, I consent to the changes and I agree that each and every one of the terms and conditions will apply to that changed event
Should I decide to cancel my registration, I accept that my registration fee is non-refundable, but may be transferable to another person
Due to the committed costs of organising the camps/clinics, if the event is cancelled due to poor weather, natural disaster, pandemic or any other condition beyond the control of the Effortless Swimming Proprietor, I understand that my registration fee will not be refunded

I hereby certify that I am 18 years of age or old

I have read the information contained in this document carefully. I understand it and agree with the terms. As the participant, I confirm that I am aware that this is a legal document that I have signed at my own free will knowing that I have relinquished important legal rights
